Pricing
In general, my pricing model is based on the time spent on behalf of the client. My goal is to offer any client the services that they can afford.
I offer my in-home consultation services at the low, fixed price of $225 + tax, which is less than 0.5% of most new kitchen renovation projects. This gives clients invaluable insights into layout options, approximate costs, recommended resources, and how to best proceed on their own, if that is their preference. A typical in-home consultation session will last 2 to 3 hours.
The cost of my services beyond the initial consultation meeting depends on the complexity of the project and the amount of design and realization services requested. Clients are free to choose just some or all of the services that I offer, which will be discussed during the consultation meeting.
To remain independent and neutral, I only get paid by my clients. I do not accept any commission or other payments from other sources. Where vendors extend a trade discount, I request that they pass those along to my clients.
